Died of massive heart damage due to invasive staph infection. Had 11 hour heart surgery, but could not sustain.

This is a terrible shock. Our profound sympathies to Beth's family. Thank you for posting this. She will be missed.

Dang it. It's not like we can spare any more of the good ones, you know?

I'm sorry. Rest well, Beth. You were definitely a good one. I was glad to see you at the haiku earring party every year, and I will miss you.
